Ala Wright – Female Health + Pre/ Post Natal Coach

For Alena, sport was ingrained through her whole life, as coming from the countryside there was so much to do every season of the year. Her love for fitness was founded by snowboarding, running and track & field then grew into bodybuilding and weightlifting. She majored in business and finance at university which led to the understanding that communication is the key to success in achieving clients goals. The combination of what she loved to do (sport) with what she was good at (business) led to a career in what she believes is helping people to be healthy, strong and excited to be living their life to the fullest.

Alena specializes in women’s health, from rehabbing, pregnant & postpartum clients returning to Crossfit, Weightlifting or running, to clients who want to lose weight, stay fit or get stronger.
