CROSSFIT

Alioth uses a systematic and gradual program to expose you to a variety of training elements, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. From beginners to competitive athletes, all skill levels are welcome in class, since each session is led by one of our skilled coaches who can scale and educate anyone. Each training cycle will have a unique focus, demonstrating attainable outcomes at the end of a 4/6/8 week period.

FUNDAMENTALS

A must-have for anyone beginning out in CrossFit: three one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches to teach you the movement standards before entering a group class. The sessions will help you grasp our methodologies, how a class works, and provide a full breakdown of the exercises you will be exposed to the most frequently. A house cannot be built without a stable foundation.

ENDURANCE

Our Endurance class focuses on building stamina through a combination of running and machine-based workouts. Members exercise at various levels on intensity utilizing equipment such as echo bikes, ski ergs, c2 bikes and rowers. The goal is to improve overall endurance and get a sweat on while providing a motivating environment for people of all fitness levels.

Technique-focused sessions centered just on the Olympic lifts: Clean + Jerk and Snatch. Barbell classes are given by coaches with vast experience teaching weightlifting who are motivated by a desire to teach quality movement and promote the sport as a whole.

Alioth swim club brings together people of all abilities who are passionate about improving their swimming. Every session is led Mike, a former water polo olympian. Members swim together in order to enhance their technique, endurance, and achieve personal goals. We strive to provide a supportive community that promotes growth and enjoyment. The goal is to instill a love of swimming, promote general health, and build long-lasting friendships via shared aquatic experiences.
