Dark Horse Programming; a training methodology and program. Originally, born inside Crossfit Alioth and now available to anyone and everyone that wants to work hard, stay consistent and improve. Darkhorse programming is a hybrid solution, joining the best of both worlds with an online and on site community in Crossfit Alioth. It is the perfect way to combine the fellowship of coached classes with your own ambitions to work hard and achieve your goals. To become a Darkhorse, all you need is desire for self improvement and commitment to put in consistent work. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

    • Adequate mobility and flexibility in major joints.
    • Knowledge and proficiency in fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, push and pull.
    • Base of cardiovascular endurance to sustain high-intensity workouts and intervals.
    • Competency in basic gymnastic skills such as handstand push-up, pull-ups, toes- to-bar and chest-to-bar pull-ups.
    • Basic knowledge of Olympic weightlifting techniques.
    • Some experience with high-skill gymnastics Handstand Walk, Muscle Up and Wall Facing handstand push up.
    • Mental resilience to embrace challenges and push through fatigue.
