Coach Kaz believes fitness is for everyone! No matter what your training background is. That everyone can perform movements and fitness at their own level and grow from there with the right help and guidance.
Prior to coaching, her background is as a physiotherapist in the respiratory field but she decided to make the switch to full time coaching in 2017. While making some competitive CrossFit appearances, her main focus is helping the people around her succeed.
Out of the gym you’ll find her chilling with her two fur-babies while watching True Crime documentaries.
