Alioth Youth

Sunday 12-1pm, Thursday 4.30 – 5.30pm
Designed for children aged 7–13. Where fitness, movement and confidence come together in a fun and supportive environment.
Our sessions focus primarily on strength and conditioning, combined with elements of gymnastics to help children build coordination, body awareness, resilience and athletic ability.

Beyond physical training, we encourage kids to express themselves through movement, explore their creativity and enjoy being active alongside others.
With a strong sense of community and small class sizes, every child has the opportunity to connect, interact and grow together.
At the heart of Alioth Youth are our core coaching values: to inspire, educate and entertain — creating an experience where children feel motivated, challenged and excited to return each week.
