We will continue to focus on HSPU’s for the next 3 weeks. Look to build on the previous week. Challenge yourself and get upside down more.
Note - Choose a scaling option that will allow you to work for the full 20secs. For example… Paratelle push ups, pike push ups or simply hand release push ups. This will help to build upper body strength.
