In partners, complete 5 RFT:
40 Calories Assault bike
10 Bear complex @ 135/95lbs

Workout notes: You can split the bike calories as you like between the partners. The ‘Bear complex’ must be done as ‘you-go-I-go’ (so 5 reps each per round)
Bear complex = 1 Power clean + 1 Front squat + 1 Push press + 1 Back squat + 1 Push press from behind the neck
