90 Wall balls whilst partner holds a ‘wall sit’
70 Med ball partner sit ups 20/14lbs
50 Shoulder to overhead 135/95lbs whilst your partner is in a ‘dead hang’
30 Calories sync Row and Assault bike


Notes:
Swap the working/holding partner as often as you like for the wall balls
70 Med ball sit ups = 35 reps per partner, pass the ball to each other
Swap the working/hanging partner as often as you like for the shoulder to overhead
You must complete 30 calories on both machines but can swap as you like
