This is a burner of a Thursday workout. Three benchmark "girl" workouts in one are definitely challenging! Pace yourself as needed throughout these workouts. The time gaps are there to provide you with some rest before starting the next round so make sure if you need to scale weights or movements, that you will finish each workout well under 15 minutes.
