For every rep less than 20, you add one additional rep to the burpee box overs

Workout Notes
Have you ever swam under water until your body has a distinct urge to quickly swim up for air? If you ignore that first instinct, you'll probably find that you're able to hold your breath much longer. 
Forcing yourself to go unbroken on wall balls is a very similar feeling. Except this time it's your brain and your legs yelling at you to stop. As long as you maintain proper movement standards, your goal is to get as close to 20/35 reps as you can.
