Todays strength is putting two movements that compliment each other but also challenge your strict endurance. Positioning in the strict press is highly important especially as you increase load- pay attention to your set-up from the start. 
You'll want to pick strict pull up reps that you can confidently complete each round. 

The conditioning piece is pretty straight forward- essentially a buy-in of carries, push ups, and ttb with a row at the end. 2 minutes rest are programmed into each round.
