Workout Notes: Skill day! These are valuable classes to learn movements that you may not have in your everyday training while spending some time on areas of weakness. The conditioning piece is surprisingly taxing on your midline. And a stronger core is helpful in ALL aspects of CrossFit! Here's to getting better at gymnastics and building that internal weight belt.
