Now that we’ve conquered all of the DCC workouts, it’s time to get to the rest of the coaches favorite wods!

Conditioning
In 20 minutes, complete the following:
60 Double Unders
50 Wall Balls (20/14#)
40 KB Swings (24/16KG)
30 Pull-ups/Rows
20 Squat Cleans (135/95#)
10 HSPU
*In time remaining: establish max Clean and Jerk

But why does Coach Mia like this workout?
”This was my first online qualifier workout. I didn’t know how to do double unders when it was released- so I practiced every single day until I did the workout. I managed to learn and qualify for the competition….. but then when I got to the competition I didn’t even know what a front-rack lunge was!”
