Taste of Class: Your introduction to CrossFit
Interested in CrossFit but want to learn a little more before making the commitment? Do you want to know more about the classes, more about the coaching, and more about what type of workouts you'd expect in a normal class? Then this "Taste of Class" community session is perfect for you.
Taste of Class is a 60-minute introduction to CrossFit Alioth that includes an explanation of our training methodolgy, instruction on select movements, and a challenging workout. Similar to our regular CrossFit classes, Taste of Class is universally scalable; meaning you can participate in the workout regardless of your current fitness condition. This is a free class, open to the community, and is held the second Wednesday and Saturday monthly.
