Want to learn a new skill? Looking to work on a lift or a gymnastics move or a new type of training that can’t be covered during the 60-minute group classes? That’s what the specialty hour aims to address. Each month, we choose a skill; it could be a gymnastics movement or advanced barbell skills, or kettlebell/dumbbell work, and we teach additional skills, drills, and progressions needed to reach that movement. We take feedback from members to help build a program that the majority of participants are looking for.
