You may have specific goals for multiple elements of your fitness. We’ve divided focus into specialty classes that move on 4-8-week programs. These classes are 60-minute sessions offered with the following formats:
GymnasticsAny movement involving pushing or pulling your bodyweight in some manner generally falls under the gymnastics umbrella. Develop strong basics and progress to more complex gymnastics movements. EnduranceThe CrossFit Alioth Endurance program is a great way to supplement your training, and learn more about your individual pace and abilities with endurance sports. Each focuses on a mix of rowing, biking, and running.WeightliftingThis speciality class meets three times weekly and is planned around 8-16-week training blocks. The underlying focus is to help athletes build strength for CrossFit while improving overall technique in Olympic lifts, clean and jerk, and snatch.
