At CrossFit Alioth you can expect 60-minutes of training led by one of our experienced coaches. This includes warm-ups, movement explanation and preparation, strength training (as designated per day) and a workout of the day (WOD). You will find class CrossFit programming with intentional strength/gymnastics pieces throughout the week. The body of our classes vary depending on the workout each day, but you will always get in a great session. Just show up, push yourself, and we'll take care of the rest.
